You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
- Upload content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights
- Use the Service to generate content that harasses or harms others

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
5. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses AI to generate responses. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use it and should not rely on it as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
6. Subscriptions & Payments
If the Service offers paid features, billing terms will be presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
