Discovery
For 2–6 participants
Two rounds: Answer first, then ask.
It is hard to ask a great question you have never sat with yourself.
Practice both sides of the conversation before a meeting that matters.
In round one, you answer. Each person selects a conversation thread (three related questions on one topic), then chooses a question they want to speak to.
Next, two others ask follow-ups shaped by a verb, noun, or adjective.
In round two, you ask a question of someone else, actively listen to their answer, and follow up with two meaningful questions shaped by word prompts.
